Turn PDF pages into editable PowerPoint slides with text boxes, images and shapes you can change.
This conversion runs on a secure server, not in your browser.
These formats need conversion engines that can't run in a browser, so your file is sent over an encrypted connection to our conversion partner CloudConvert (ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, servers in Germany, EU). It is converted, then deleted right after your download, and automatically within 24 hours at the latest. PDFDoco itself never stores your file. How we handle files

Slides often get passed around as PDFs, and the original .pptx is lost on the way. When you need to update last year's deck, reuse a few slides from a partner's presentation, or present a report as slides, starting over in PowerPoint takes a lot of time.
PDFDoco turns each PDF page into a PowerPoint slide with editable text boxes, images and shapes, using a professional conversion engine (Apryse). You change the content instead of pasting screenshots. Convert a whole PDF or just a page range, up to 10 files at a time, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Drop one or more PDF files, up to 50 MB each.
Convert every page, or only a range like 1-10.
Each page becomes a slide with editable text, images and shapes.
Open it in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or LibreOffice Impress.
Headings and bullet points become text boxes you can type in, not pictures of text.
Photos, logos and graphics are kept as separate images you can move, resize or replace.
Convert several PDFs at once and download them as one ZIP.
A PDF exported from PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides converts back into slides very well: titles, bullet lists, images and simple shapes come out as separate, editable objects. Documents that were never slides, such as A4 or Letter reports, also convert, with each page becoming a slide in the page's proportions. You may want to split long pages of text across several slides afterwards.
PDFs don't store slide masters, animations or speaker notes, so these can't be recovered. Charts and diagrams come through as shapes and images rather than live PowerPoint charts. Fonts that aren't installed on your computer are replaced with similar ones; install the original font to get the exact look.
Type a range like 5-12 or 1,3,8 in the Pages box to convert just those pages. To prepare the PDF first, rearrange or remove pages with Organize PDF. Need images of the pages instead? Use PDF to JPG.
Rebuilding editable slides needs a professional conversion engine that can't run in a browser. So unlike most PDFDoco tools, your file is sent over an encrypted connection to our conversion partner CloudConvert (ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, servers in Germany). It is deleted right after your download, and within 24 hours at the latest. PDFDoco never stores your files. See our Security page.
Pro tip: when the deck is ready, send it as a PDF again with PowerPoint to PDF, so it looks right on every screen.
